There is no public user account on asian.directory, and no “delete account” button. People use the site to search and (optionally) to submit a listing. You can still ask us to delete your personal data.
What you can ask us to delete
- Search or chat logs we can tie to you (the query you typed, and the results we saved with it).
- A listing you submitted that is still in review.
- Personal contact details we hold about you (for example your email, phone, or name on a submission).
- A published listing that identifies you — this is a takedown request we review. We do not silently wipe the whole directory.
What stays in the directory
asian.directory operates the compiled public directory of business information (name, category, city, public address, public phone, website, description). Those public business facts are not a private user account. We will remove or correct personal data that identifies you. We will not treat a request as permission to erase every public business we compiled that is unrelated to you.
How to request it
Use the form below. We aim to acknowledge within 7 days and finish within 30 days. To confirm it is you, email from the same address used on a submission when you can. We do not ask for extra ID documents unless we cannot match the record.
You can also email privacy@asian.directory with the subject “Deletion request”.
